Denise Coffee

Denise holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University in Savannah, GA.  She also has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Troy University in Dothan, AL.  She is currently licensed as an Associate Professional Counselor for the state of Georgia in addition to South Carolina.  She is also a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC), and a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider (CMHIMP). Denise has experience working with clients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.  She also has experience working with veterans and military families. She is bilingual and can provide services not only in Spanish but also culturally relevant to the Latino community. 


Denise believes in developing a collaborative, honest therapeutic relationship based in mutual respect and committed action.  She is passionate about empowering clients to see their overall health holistically and take action to improve it.  She incorporates a variety of modalities that is integrative and deeply personalized to every client. Denise is a proud Cuban/Mexican Latina, veteran of the U.S. Army, as well as a military spouse and mother.
